ClientsAs an avid Runner and Mountain Biker myself, the focus of my studio has, for many years now, been exclusively to serious athletes of these and other disciplines. My clients have ranged from weekend warriors to professionals, wanting to rehabilitate a previous injury, eliminate specific training ‘pains’ like backs, shoulders, knees, etc and/or to build up core and other weak muscles in order to have better balanced output during training and competing.

Made Just for YouClasses are private, duet or group and custom tuned to specific sports and the requirements there-of ensuring the development of not only a strong core but also specific muscles that are often overlooked and responsible for aches, pains and sometimes major injuries further down the line.
In my group classes you’re generally going to be in a class where everyone else shares your sport and passion for doing it - so classes are fun as well as challenging. |
I teach beginner, intermediate and advanced and also take rehab clients in private sessions where we assess any causes (weak muscles / groups) for the injury and then build up these along with the injured areas.
