Private Classes

Private Sessions are for those wanting one-on-one personalised Pilates training. Suitable for those who want or require privacy and specifically focused and structured classes. This could be for persons recovering from injury rehabilitating their body to professional athletes looking to break-through to a higher level of performance. We will utilise all equipment in the studio such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair, Mat and small equipment.

Duet Classes

Similar to a private class, also equipment based, Duet Classes facilitate a more personal style of Pilates training whereby it is just you and your partner, colleague or friend.

Group Class
Max 6 People | 50 Minutes
This classical Pilates class is suitable for all abilities with beginner, intermediate and advanced classes. These are floor based & include balls thera-bands, rings, foam blocks and rollers. This class is you and a maximum of 5 other students therefore keeping the groups small enough that I can keep an eye on everyone.
Please Note: If you are new to Pilates, you should attend at least 2-5 private/duet sessions before being able to attend group classes. This is to ensure that you and I have sufficient time to assess your strengths and weaknesses and for me to show you how to correctly engage your core and other pivotal muscles.
An exception to this would be to join a new Beginners Group Class where I will take all students through the basics, together and at a pace suitable to all (see more information on these classes below).
If you start Pilates in an intermediate group classes or a large group class with only one instructor, without being able to successfully engage your core, you could damage you lower back and will most certainly not benefit from or enjoy Pilates.”

Please Note: These classes only run when we have a minimum of 4 persons (max 6) interested and committed. Ideally suited to groups of people who often run / cycle together as this keeps it fun and you all benefit together.
